Have you bought a ticket online?
- Tickets can either be printed or brought on a mobile device, as long as the quality of the QR code is guaranteed.
- Tickets cannot be canceled. Submit amendments at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to changes.
- Tickets cannot be refunded.
- Discounts and Friendpasses will be checked for validity upon arrival.
If you buy a ticket online, we ask you to fill out personal data. This data is used on the invoice and to deliver the service of sending the ticket to your email address. The data will be stored on (secured) servers, and will not be shared with third parties. We comply with the applicable legislation on data protection.
Exchanges and returns
Items (bags, t-shirts, and other products) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days with mentioning of the reason (e.g. transport damage or incomplete) and in unused condition. If you have received your order via PostNL Parcel Service, you can return the package by handing it over at a PostNL service point stating “return to sender”.
When you have received your order, please check it immediately. Please note that colors may differ slightly from the picture. Items that are being returned, must be in the original and closed packaging. It is important that the original shipping label is visible to the courier. We only accept unwashed returns, which are hair, stain, and lint-free.
