Several artists produced walks for Marres. In 2013 Ruchama Noorda, Delphine Bedel and Frank Koolen made pilgrimages for the project Life in the Woods (in collaboration with public art initiative TAAK). In 2014, David Helbich designed a walk for the experimental music venue Intro in Situ to accompany the Marres exhibition Undertones. This walk is currently updated for use in 2021. Frank Koolen designed Der Raufbold Tour about the life of the legendary Maastricht artist Louis Smeets for the 2016 exhibition MarresTourist Office. In 2019 Marres started a collaboration with Z33 to produce walking tours in both Dutch and Belgian Limburg for tourists with a love for art, alternative routes and the world of the senses. The first walks, made by Sanne Vaassen (Maastricht) and David Helbich (Diepenbeek), are now available.
