Visit Marres, Shop for Contemporary Culture
May 18 – June 8, 2021
Following the reopening of the stores on the 28th of April, Marres, Shop for Contemporary Culture, opened its doors to shoppers in Maastricht from Wednesday, the 19th of May. Until Tuesday, June 8, customers can fill their shopping baskets with all kinds of non-essential products: from art books to vinyl, from prints to walks and from canvas bags to gift cards. For the ultimate art lovers there are also ‘beautiful DVDs for sale’, so that while waiting for the museums to reopen, you can get through ‘one more day without art’.
Showroom
Besides a shop, Marres also hosts a showroom in which the new collection Intimate Geographies by the artists Charbel-joseph H. Boutros and Stéphanie Saadé is displayed. Art lovers and buyers are welcome to browse through the conceptual artworks by this Lebanese artist duo. A price list can be requested at the reception desk.
