An archaeologist is an artist armed with a toothbrush, measuring tape, shovel and camera who peels off layers of the past. An artist does archaeology by peeling off layers using pencils, brushes, camera or clay. Do you want to find out what this is like? Come to Marres and make the past visible, crawl inside the skin of the archaeologist and artist and experience strange and beautiful artworks.
